Orders must be placed by December 19th at 11:59pm EST.

Flat Rate fee of $4.95. Free Shipping for orders above $40.

SHIPPING TIMES

Beanies, Scarves, and Gloves are packed and shipped within 1-2 Business Days and are shipped from Washington, DC.

- Most US orders will then take 1-3 Business Days to arrive from the date they are shipped.

Shirts, Sweatshirts, and Tote Bags are packed and shipped within 3-5 Business Days and are shipped from Charleston, South Carolina.

- Most US orders will then take 1-3 Business Days to arrive from the date they are shipped.

 

INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hi@twiceaswarm.com and include your order # in the email.

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Twice As Warm, you can return your item(s) as follows:

  • Items purchased online can be returned within 90 days of purchase.
  • There is a Flat $5 Restocking Fee for Any Size Order.
  • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
  • Items must be unused and unwashed.
  • Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
